Where can i find a web site that i have already been to but forgot e address?

Look at the top of the screen. Above the address bar, there is a little picture of a clock with an arrow on it.  This is 'history'. Click on that, scroll through your history and you should find what you want.

In IE7 click the Star on the far left that shows favorites, and then change the tab there to History.  Browse through the items there for the site you are looking for.

This assumes of course you haven't changed your default settings for keeping browsing history & that you are using Internet Explorer 7.
