I really dont know but iv been to Monterrey  and they have 2 big phonebooks...good luck!

I truly do not think that exists.  And, if it did...it is very hard to find a person's phone number in Mexico by looking in the phone book.  The phone goes with the house, not the person.  so , often ,it is listed in the name of someone who lived in that house years ago.  People seldom change the phone to their name when they move into  a house because this means service will be cut off and then take months to get reconnected in their name...so  few people ever do this.
