I really like www.dressytresses.com/hair/gallery for hair styles. They're pretty dressy, but they are cute.

For everyday, try finding some headbands or barrettes that you can use in simple styles. My favorite is to pull half my hair back with a beautiful sparkly clip I have. Cute, girly, but not too fussy.
