lots of different holidays and some are banded by age - you would be better picking one of those cos ages of ones i went on were ages 35 - 70!!!!!!!! but that was golf and have heard that beach and others are younger.  did go on new year one and that was mcuh younger - ages 22 - 55

Ring and ask for advice - whenever i want to book i ring and ask what is age and gender mix and they will tell you.  Well organized but slightly expensive.

Just Google 'Singles Holidays' - lots of options come up.   Or you could advertise in your local paper to see if any singles would like to meet up with a view to a holiday.   Depends where you were thinking of going, .. probably.

www.contiki.com - 18-35 holidays (tours around the world). I've been on two and were both really fun not drink obsessed yobs either. Alternatively www.speedbreaks.co.uk - also good. Solos etc are for older travellers and cost a lot more.
