Where can i find adhesive vinyl at low cost?

I'm looking for sheets or strips of adhesive vynil to face my 4ft fish tank to hide the internal glass supports and dodgey silicone on the glass.

It would be for running along the top and bottom of the tank acting like a sort of frame if you like.
