Where can i find agate in central california? and where can i find agate in pennsylvania?

i now live in pennsylvania and really want to find agate. does anyone know where i could find agate around here? im moving back to california at the end of the moth and would also like to know where to find agate there... i live in central california over there... so anything around there or anywhere..

Very often it is where the sidewalk meets the fence.

At least in PA, there are state publications that give collecting sites for minerals. I suspect that CA has them too. If your local library does not have them, you can probably get them on interlibrary loan. The research librarian can help if you need it.

There are many places in any town of central California where you can find a gate.  Look for homes with fences and it is very likely that they will have a gate.
