Where can i find all kind of sun vector and change the color for photoshop

I will assume you are using photoshop for this.

Google " photoshop custom shapes sun " and browse the different types out there. And in photoshop go to your shapes and select the custom one, there will already be a few there.

Select your shape and hold shift while holding the mouse to adjust the size, this will hold the true shape. Right click and select fill color. If you want an outline just add stoke in your desired color and size.
