Where can i find an agency in cebu to process my fiance visa?

im looking for an agency to process my visa. but i want it to be legal. and not too expensive. can i also have the phone number of the agencies. thank you!

Well, your American fiance has to file the petition himself, in the US. They can't be filed overseas. the visa interview will have to be done in Manila, it can't be done in Cebu. So, I'm not sure what any agency would be able to do for you, except help you fill out a few forms. If he hasn't actually filed a petition for you yet, you have plenty of time to find someone to help.

first of all? if you are the fiancee? you are not the one to do the processing, but your fiance, in his country, if you would like to come back and be precise? i would try to help you, edit your question, with the little pencil under your question,add comments on your nationality(India) and whom you are marrying? from which country? and please, be more specific; i will check back with your question;

ps: your fiance is the one who has to file, no matter where he is stationned, you cannot start the processing nor can an agency, 1000$!!!!!!!

plus, you and your fiance will have the USCIS fiance visa which cost; Filing Fee :

$455. There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen.

so, here we are looking at 1450dollars already?

there is no need to use an agency,they cannot do more for you than your fiance can, and the forms you will get from your fiance after he files, are not hard to fill, not a 1000$ worth!

tell your fiance to get in touch with his commander, he will tell him exactly how to process the paper work,

alot of navy men get married with women from other countries, without spending that with an agency,

talk to him, he has to start the processing,

of course they need papers from your fiance, for they CANNOT START without him! waste not your money! you will need it for other things,
