Where can i find an investor?

I have already gotasite up and running but need help I hav loads more ideas and really all it needs to take off is the advertisement it desrves I need around £15,000-£20,000 and would exchange for 30-40%

if you got a good idea and can prove it go to the bank and get a business loan then you dont have to give Any percentage away
