Where can i find an mobile emulator?

Question

i have software since college it is a playstation 2 emulator a software to computer and i insert a playstation CD i can play it in my computer.

now i am surfing to internet by using mobile emulator or equivalent may open blocked websites because using my mobile and surfing some sites i can open blocked website maybe mobile emulator may help me.anybody knows it?

has all kinds of different emulators for different things, including smartphone emulators, PS2 emulators, caculator emulators, etc.

If you're at work, trying to get to websites that they have blocked, it won't work. Anyway you slice it, the computer is trying to connect to a certain IP address and your work server is blocking you from ever reaching there. I could try to explain further but I won't bother, just trust me on that. If you're at work or school and they are blocking a certain website, you won't be able to get there and they ARE recording your attempts to do so at the server.
