Where can i find and download picture editing software?

i am aware of adobe photoshop....but its too complicated, plus i dont want to have to buy it...and suggestions?

Fastone image viewer is free and you can edit with it, although, it's not as good as purchased editing software. It's also simple. Hope this helps.
