You probably just can find the tickets on eBay. Perhaps there's an ebay seller near Ansbach where you can pick it up!

they sell tickets for Rock am Ring with/or without camping fees. and if u dont want to buy online u could drive to Nuernberg its about 42mins away from Ansbach and get tickets there.

I use www.eventim.de to buy concert tickets in Germany.  You can also probably buy them direct from the Hockenheimring web site, www,hockenheimring.com.  You can click the british flag at the top to switch to English, then go to "ticketshop".

Eventim.de tells where you can also buy tickets in various cities- like tehpreprinted paper tickets.  This was how I found tickets for the Portishead concert here in Munich.  I bought them at a kiosk in Karstadt.

Any Galleria Kaufhof, or however you spell it, should have a ticket outlet.  You know the big department store with green logo.   Thats where I used to get all my concert tickets.
