Everywhere! I personally recommend browsing through antique shops and consignment stores. You can find something lovely with a story behind it, and usually for a better price.

They have great prices and an education centre so you can learn about how diamonds are priced and what a good quality diamond is (and what it should cost).

You can pick your diamond(s) and then have it set; they have tons of different rings in many styles.

Tiffany and Co is another fabulous place. Depends on how much money you wanna spend. But these are two that are imipecable!
