  1. at most pet stores u can get some powder calcium stuff that u put on thier food or put the food in a bag with some and sake it up then feed it to them.

  2. you can get  a calcium supplement at any pet store of you can buy  cuttle fish bone, the ones you put in with birds, you just grate it over any food you feed your box turtle or put it in the enclosure whole and the turtle will chew on it when needed another good way is boiled eggs with the shell on, dandelions (if your turtle like them) are a good natural source of calcium as well, best of luck honey

  3. Petco, Petsmart or any place that sell reptile supplies in your area.

  4. You can get a liquid calcium suppliment from your veterinarian (calciquid, or something like that).

Also, there are a number of ways to add it to their diet.  One good way is to feed them hard boiled eggs with the shell still on.  I boil an egg, and then cut it in half, and serve it up.   The shell bits are full of calcium.

There are a few powdered vitamin supplements you can also use that should be available at your local pet supply store (reptical?).  You would just add this in to whatever you're regularly feeding them.
