Depends if you want a good one.  Your typical drumset isn't that expensive anyways, going up to $600 dollars.  Anything less than that really isn't worth it, just because of how crappy they are.

You can find many cheap drum sets available which aren't used, but it would be almost impossible to find a top Brand name kit (such as; Tama, Ludwig, Pearl, Yamaha, etc...) for cheap.That's OK though, as many of the more unknown brands are still good quality drums. The reason they may go for cheap is because of the quality of the cymbals or hardware. This is not a problem; as you can upgrade the cymbals and hardware as your budget allows.
