Where can i find dance shoes like the ones helena wheres in the helena video?

The song is called helena by my chemical romance and in the video the girl in the coffin has these dance shoes. Does anyone know where I can find some like those? I tried thrift stores, goody's walmart, a lot of places but i cant seem to find dance shoes at all help please? They dont have to be exact but the same type of dance shoe.

im pretty positive she is wearing black ballet slippers..and you should be able to find them at a dance store...or on a dance wear website

They're just black ballet slippers with black ribbons sewn on and tied sort of like pointe ribbons...

You can get ribbon for like, a dollar at pretty much any craft store, and you can get lots of cheap ballet slippers at www.discountdance.com

those are just black ballet slippers with ribbon sewn on, i made my friend a pair and they looked just like the video.  get some ballet slippers from discountdance.com or a dance store and some medium-thickish black ribbon and sew the ribbons on in 45ish degree angles from the shoe just below the bumps on the sides of your ankle.
