this question is indeed for the design of a pv system, needing averages for day light solar irradiance, including reflection & difusion year round averages. is there such a tool or free data web site.????

  1. google earth. download it and you get loads of information on the tabs about anywere in the world, loads of info in averages and stuff like that.
