Where can i find dialga in pokemon diamond?

i didnt catch it the first time and ive heard u can catch it again but some place else. can someone help ?

i dont think you can catch it in some other place but before you get the national you need to see dialga in the national pokedex and you see it in the TOWN WITH THE CAVE IFORGT THE NAME  after that you can seek dialga in the gts station in jublife city

in spear pillar but if dialga was able to escaped i think its in wild, randomly.

I don't think you can find dialga again if it escaped the first time.  But just in case, return to the same spot or do research.

Next time, save and stock up before trying to catch dialga.  Have pokemon that know thunder wave or any other paralisis moves.  Another thing you could do is transfer master balls to Diamond from other pokemon games (cheating device really helps).
