Wal-mart. if you are lucky enough to have one with a fabric department. Hancocks, Jo-ann's, Michaels, Hobby Lobby all of these stores that have fabric also have pattern departments : in the back of the pattern books is a craft section that has dog outfits In every name such as McCalls, Simplicity or Butterick, these name brands may also have websites to check out like www.mccalls.com
