Where can i find drivers for a samsung vp-d10 mini dv camera?

i am using windows vista home premium 32-bit i have tried everywhere but can't find them i really need them to put some video on my pc.ihave tried the samsung website but they only have manuals.thanks

  1. actually, you dont need drivers ONLY IF the files containing generic drivers are working correctly.  click here for an article on how to fix that:

    It worked for me, but i was using windows xp, not vista.  I DONT KNOW if the same files exist on Vista.

    After performing the recommended action, you may need to find the camera in the computer's hardware settings, and give a command to find a new driver for it.  (right clicking on the icon for the camcorder, and selecting the command). Select option for windows to find it automatically, since there is no disc involved.   good luck.


  2. It is a mini DV camcorder. You connect to the PC using Firewire (IEEE1394). You'll need a Firewire card in your computer, and the right cable to connect to the camcorder.

    YOU DON'T NEED DRIVERS.
