  1. Most stores and even some restaurants have them.  They are called Harvest Burgers!    In case you'd like to make your own here's a simple recipe:  Canned Pumpkin  mix in oatmeal, wheat germ, soya sauce and seasoning salt or barbecue seasoning.  Form balls  place on grease pan or griddle flatten to burger shape! Cook and enjoy!  (I like to sprinkle mine with a hint of habenaro or jalepeno!)

  2. Sorry, I don't recall the brand, but I know I saw some in Acme. They were either in with the frozen meats (by the Morningstar and Boca stuff), or by the produce/salad with the tofu packages.

I *think* it was with the tofu. They definitely have "ground beef" by Smart-something, I bet you could make meatballs out of that.

  3. You can find it in a store.!!!    =)

  4. do u mean vegetable meatballs? if so then go to some organic restaurants and other places where the serve vegetarian food and try going on food network's website. Im sure u will find many  recipes and soy meatballs are one of my favs  ( i use to eat them wen i was a vegetarian for a year ) Hope this helps =)

  5. morning star.com

  6. The brand I like is "Nate's Meatless Meatballs." They look like this: http://www.elenasfoods.com/meatballs.htm...

There are other brands I haven't tried:

    Gardenburger - "Mama Mia Meatballs"

Lightlife - "Smart Menu Meatless Meatballs"

You should be able to find them at supermarkets like Wal-Mart, Kroger, Safeway, Albertsons, and Target.

Depending on where you live, your local grocery store might carry it... check in the natural / organic section, or in the frozen food section where the fake meats are.

Whole Foods also carries it and your local health food store should have it too. Here's a store locator from the company website: http://www.elenasfoods.com/where.html

Hope this helps and congrats on going veg!

  7. They have them at any grocery store!

  8. just go to some asian supermarket .. most of them have some.. and im sorry i don't know the name of it

  9. i dont know where u can buy some, but u could try to make your own, they would most likely be healthier and nicer anyhow. you can make some by processing walnuts, oats and onion, herbs and salt and some grated apple or (cottage cheese or eggs if u eat animal products) together and some tomato paste. roll them in flour and fry in olive oil.  then just add a pasta sauce and bake

  10. There are several brands that make meatless and vegan friendly friendly products, such as burgers, "chicken", "steak", deli slices, chicken style fillets, sausages and hot dogs, meatballs and ground beef style crumbles.

Gardenburger makes DELICIOUS meatballs called Mama Mia Meatballs. I reccomend these.

Lightlife has a great range of meattless products, including a fake meatball and ground beef replacement that can be used to make meatballs.

And you can also make meatballs out out defrosted softened veggie/soy burger patties

  11. As someone already said, I think Nate's vegan meatballs are definitely the way to go.

  12. This company makes them

    www.yvesveggie.com

Found in most health food stores.

  13. I've had some GREAT frozen ones.  Cant remember the brand. Probably morning star.

  14. in the park usually after a dog stood still for about 10 secs

  15. Gardenburger has some great ones.  Also, try their BBQ ribs.  They're awesome!!!

  16. If you have a Trader Joe's in your area, I highly recommend their veggie "meatballs." They are the best I've tried and only around $2.99 a bag.
