Costco. i bought a fifteen brush set for fifteen dollars, and a foundation brush was included

Try Target - they usually have tons of different makeup brushes that are a pretty good quality. I bought a blush brush there, and I think it was about 5 dollars, so I can imagine a foundation brush would be a similar price :)

Avon's All Over Face Kabuki brush is $4.99. It's great quality and works really well with Avon's new mineral foundation.

i got this super awesome powder brush there, and i love it.
