You can't download Hip Hop Abs for free, and probably can't download Core Rhythms free either. The material is protected & copyrighted, so that would be illegal. In doing so, you're technically stealing the material.  Hip Hop Abs is well worth the money. If you're interested, you can purchase it on a payment plan directly through Beachbody.
