As  a person with dyslexia and with two children with dyslexia it's not something that I would recommend be diagnosed on line.   You need to be tested by someone who really knows what they are doing and whom you're sure that they are for real.  How can you be sure that the person on line is qualified to test for learning disabilities??  It's to important to get it right, for you to just go to anyone.  Depending on how old your sister is talk to your parents and see if they can get her tested either through the school system or privately with a neuro-psychologist ( a psychologist who tests for LD's) that would be the best way.
