i need to do a macbeth or lady macbeth monolgue in my year 11 english class tomorrow and i totally dont understand the shakespeare language so i dont know what to do!!

    Not great but it will help. The above link goes straight to Act II Sc. 2. This is a GREAT scene for Lady Macbeth. It's not the overdone "out, out damned spot" mad scene. At the top of this scene, Lady Macbeth is waiting around in her bedroom for word if the assassination went off without a hitch. Remember, she plotted to assassinate the king so her husband would become king! She is ambitious! She will kill to get what she wants and anytime her husband even looks like he might want to bow out of the plot, she sets him straight. Also, at the beginning of this scene, she's starting to go insane. She hears voices that Macbeth does not hear.
