Where can i find free software for civil engineering?

Nowhere, unless you download it from a bittorrent site but even torrent sites don't have that much in civil engineering software and the stuff they do have don't work correctly most of the time.

You can buy student versions of most of the software but they only have licenses that only last a year and at the maximum two years.

haha good luck finding that.  Usually colleges and such will have a place where you can buy it with a discount (with valid student ID)
