Where can i find gaceta oficial to renew my venezuelan passport?

i have a permanent resident card(green card) for the US and I am living in the US.

i moved to venezuela when i was young (from jordan) then i moved from venezuela to the US

i need to replace my passport in venezuela because the old passports are inneffective.
