This is a tough one for me - as a lifelong Celtic supporter!!!

I would check out the stadium store or look online.  If all else fails, you could paint his room in Rangers blue with white trim and red curtains.  Find a decent Rangers logo online or from a picture, blow it up quite large, frame it and use it as a focal point in his room.

It would probably be easier to do this and to find a Rangers bedset to finish the theme without making it too overwhelming.
