I would advise you to make the application yourself, directly, and not via an agency.  You will still have to provide the same documents and collect or have an appointment there in person, so all the agency are doing in effect, is filling in the form for you.  They will charge a fortune for this "service" and despite the promises, and cleverly worded salesmanship, can offer no more guarantee of getting you a visa than you doing yourself

With an agency, the best case scenario is that they charge you a lot of money, but the worst (as happens with increasing frequency these days) is that they are just a scam agency after your money

So read the website, contact the embassy and make the application.  It will save you a lot of money in the long-run!
