For english chat rooms try free-buy-help( http://freechatrooms.blogspot.com/2008/0... ) , you can use those rooms without having to register. You might also want to try oohya( http://freechatrooms.blogspot.com/2008/0... ) chat but you need to register before you can join the chat rooms there.

There are many more chat rooms available on the internet but I only point to these two because I believe they are quite simple to use and you might enjoy them.
