Where can i find good quality satin or sateen sheets?

ive bought some from walmart and from anna's linens, and they both loose that silky smoothness within a couple weeks and start tearing at the edges. anyone know of a good brand?

May I suggest the home shopping channel QVC?  They offer high quality and high thread count sheet and the prices are the best anywhere.  There are many types, colors, and prices from which to choose.  Sets I purchased 10 years ago are still performing wonderfully.  I like the sateen finish the best.
