Youtube is a great place to start. (you can click on "Channels" then on the right side click "Comedians")

You can also search using google video (http://video.google.com/) which will search youtube and many other video sites.

Youtube has a lot of stand-up comedians' videos on it. Just search the comedian's name and you'll usually be able to find some of their videos.

I'm not sure about those two but The World Stands Up is just fantastic. Over 300 clips from one to five minutes long.
