You can find the Hallowed Tower in Route 209 and it looks like a rock in a circle.

hollowed tower is nice with the spirttomb in it, but u have to go under ground and talk to some one i think 30 different times before u can get him. for wifi, first get a pal pad, then go to basement of a poke center, if u get a connection u can trade or battle. mm ive been looking forever for an arceus and darkrai id trade u almost anything for them. heres my msn if u want to add me so we can talk about it.
