Where can i find how much Cap room each NHL team has?

I use http://www.nhlscap.com/. It's very reliable and has all the players, their yearly salaries and the total amount for the team.

They stay pretty up to date with trades and moves, although they have been a little lax since the finals.  They keep track of the salaries of each player, the cap hits each player gives to their teams, the actual salary each player makes by year, how many years left on each contract and much more.

It's not 100% accurate, probably closer to 98% but it's a great starting point for what you are lookin for and stays pretty up to date.
