Where can i find info regarding individuals with dd and their right to smoke?

Question

in a designated smoking area, etc. it isn't good for anyone but individuals without dd have the choice..... is it a human rights issue?

any info or links would be helpful.

What's dd?  Anyone has the right to do just about anything to themselves that they want.  Right to the pursuit of happiness, etc, even if it means being addicted.  Whether it's legal or not is another issue.  Isn't it better to beat our addictions than cave in to them and find excuses?

There's no difference in their rights. They do have the choice, same as non-developmentally disabled people.
