I have an arguement from someone who has never driving a semi truck, and I wish to settle it. However i can not find anything relating to this. His arguement is they need probable cause. I stated that any motor vechile requireing a cdl can be searched for no reason. If anyone can find me a website, or the fmcs book rule number like (382.505) I would be a happy man

  1. No, a driver can refuse a search without a warrent. Atleast in an over the road truck it is considered your "home" and would need a warrent.
