Where can i find job interview questions and answers

I'm going to an important interview tomorrow.

There are several websites just search on top interview questions, best interview question, how to answer tough interview questions. Also under about.com they have sites as well.

Then a free quick source is books at your local library about interviewing questions and how to best answer them.

Also go to the companies website and look over the information to help prepare you as well.

Do a mock interview with a few friends to see how you do as well.

Most questions want to see how you deal with stress, how you reason and figure things out, how you react to questions.

Some top basic ones are strenghts/weaknesses, tell me about a problem and what you did to solve it?, Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why do you want to work for us?  Have you ever had a problem with a manager? Then questions about your work history, skills, ect....

Once my interviewer asked me an off-the-wall question: 'What cereal would you be and why?' Out of panic, I said 'Froot Loops'.
