Where can i find links to sites of apartment buildings for sale in California, preferably near colleges?

I prefer links that have many pictures of the apartment buildings for sale, and am mostly interested in buildings located near colleges and universities all over California.

go to ziprealty.com. Sign up is free and you can search by city or zip code.

try www.rent.com because they have listings all over the country and thats what me and my partner did and we found a nice apartment.

Go to a local grocery store and there should be an apartment guide available for you to take free, it is usually next to all the local newspapers.  These guides are books that will give you info to basically all of the apartment listings in your area, include websites, contact info and also what each apartment includes.
