Where can i find list of all the publican that have ever run the local pub i now run.?

If it's leasehold, contact the brewery. If it's freehold, contact the Land registry, you can then look at the deeds. However, it might just be easier to talk to your locals? They should remember fairly far back, especially if there's some old boys!
