You want a "list" of the rules?

You're going to have to be more specific.  What type of laws are you looking for?  Federal, state, local?

google Texas penal code ... you can also check out arizona revised statutes on google.  Just googled Texas Penal Code, was the first website provided ... not too difficult.  Since it's your homework, I won't link the site here ... you will have to do it yourself.
