Where can i find material on infusing confidence in an individual with the exercises and activities?

I am just starting out working with middle schoolers in an after school program and I searched camp games and camp songs to help with the activities I can do with them.  Middle school is the awkward age where they think they are too cool for songs and games, but the games I pulled up help instill the ideas of teamwork and the ability to work without help.  Try searching that and see if you can come up with anything.  There are a lot of little games you can play with the class to help with that.
