Where can i find mespirt?

In Lake Verity. In pokemon diamond/pearl.  after you get the badge from the canalave city gym you meet at the library and get sent to lake verity. If you do not catch it, do not kill it, come back with an extra master ball and you can get it.  If you kill it you cannot come back.

A marking map as one of your pokegear at the bottom. Switch to that, and soon a couple of little faces will appear. Those are Mesprit and Cresselia. Just follow them. You'll have to do it by foot, though, as if you fly they'll teleport to new locations.

You can either get a shiny Mesprit by using a Shiny code from the action replay and catching it(it might stay shiny, it depends which code), Or you could find it shiny. Another possible way is to get one from a trade. i hope this helps
