You'll start w/ non identifying information

possibly use the registry.

and it would be wise to get involved with OhioBea the adoptee rights activist group working on restoring the rights to adult adoptees by getting them their original birth certificates. There is a bill in ohio now,that if passed, would give all adoptees access to their records.
