The easiest way would be to call your local social security office and request a printout of your account be mailed to you.  It can also be done on-line at the social security site.

Again they will have to assemble the information and mail it to you it takes about 2 weeks.   I believe it is 55 years old and soc. sec. will start sending you a print out every year to help in your retirement planning process.
