If your talking about eating nooks, "a little hole in the wall" place, just pick a part of town you want to go to and most likely you'll find something there. Go in and try something new!

If your talking about a breakfast nook, that is something you have to build. But you can also create one out of a few pieces of furniture. Arrange an appropoite sized table and chairs near a window or corner. Hang curtians or a nice picture and add any sort of plant and voila!
