Check out WorldMark, by Wyndham. Formerely, Trendwest.

I had to google to get the website for Trendwest, as it was

known. Wyndham is the new owner apparently. World Mark

may not have resorts everywhere, but they do an exchange

with other programs. I have friends who are on the WorldMark

program and travel often during the year. They look for the

bargains during off season and then see if it's a location they

want to go to. They are out of the country during alot of the

winter, and are abroad during the fall.

   I've sat through two sales presentations and they are very

hard sell. But they usually give you a free dinner out just for

sitting through their sales pitch. So it can be worth your while.

Go to http://www.buyatimeshare.com they have the best deals on timeshares on the resale market.  Also have a great staff to help you find the right property
