I want an international directory or listing of stores and department stores that sell consumer products like watches, household items, ect.

Normally this information are very confidential because you have to ask companies involves and or permit. My best suggestion to you is to look  at the websites check their SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSIONS and or the equivalent of that particular country where this companies do register. Remember that they cannot operate with out a registration to which...the industry and or activity is mandatory listed for references.
