You probably will have to have it handmade.  But first I would ask around the Harley dealers and see if they have any better (and less expensive) ideas.

Try Bills Custom Cycles in Berwick PA.

This guy has a TON of new and used original Harley parts.  Even though I now live in another state I still order from him as he mails out UPS everyday.
