First, get a note book. In it write your name. Then your parents names, there first name, madien name, last name. Write theyre bdays and if theyve passed away, when and where they died. Ask them about theyre parents, theyre grandmas, and grampas.

Make a family tree. You can search online for census records, and you can find out where they lived.Hope this helps!
