Where can i find pancakes in downtown montreal open late?

hmmm, i don't think you can find pancakes anywhere, if you do let me know! since i've searched endlessly and all i've found is crepes. chez cora is open from 6 or 7 am till 3 pm but there are plenty of 24 hour diners where you can find crepes. also i think second cup is open late, and i know it's not pancakes but they have cake and cookies...

well i live in montreal, i rarely go to downtown montreal but i can reccomend other things in the city. try Nickles
